The Tree of Zaqqum

After saving Paris from a barbaric Jihadist organization, Chikara Kaminari and her friends are challenged by a new enemy. The mysterious terrorist Pogrom threatens to destroy Israel with his superpowered cohorts and interdimensional technology unless the young heroes can stop him.

Joined by the dedicated Shin Bet agent, Judith Friedlander, the teens travel across the Holy Land and fight anti-Semites and Palestinian extremists that seek to drive Israel into the sea. They soon learn that Israel’s problems are more complex than they imagined, the result of centuries of war, paranoia and nationalistic zealotry on all sides. Conflicted by their differing beliefs and torn between two cultures in an eternal state of war, the heroes must come together and defeat Pogrom before Israelis and Palestinians alike lose their promised lands.
